Sound project

Downloadable

Information:

  • the sound material of the MÁV M41 type locomotive,
  • the sound material is from recordings of locomotive M41 2185,
  • the locomotive’s engine is computer controlled, these types are often called “smart”,
  • the recording was made on 02/09/2013,
  • 16-bit resolution
  • the sound material
    • freely editable with our DigiSoundEditor sound editing program,
    • can be downloaded freely with our DigiProgram download program,
  • the downloadable dtt files contain the recommended CV settings:
    • for locomotives equipped with the PluX22 tuning kit, loadable into DigiSound-3.5 (from v27), 4.5 (from v27) and DigiSound-5.5 decoders,
    • for locomotives equipped with a 21MTC tunneling kit, loadable into DigiSound-3.4 (from v27) decoders.
  • The dtt file under the “Downloads” tab can be opened with an application called DigiProgram, making it easier to see, manage, write and read the locomotive’s CV parameters.
